45% Host's on Stay&Sleep platform reported struggling with accurately tracking and managing earnings & expenses. 56% answering “lack of financial management tools” as main reason for decrease in activity. Here is a way I translated the Host Dashboard features into a wireframe.
State the hypothesis
"We believe that hosts experience frustration when doing financial or income calculations because of lack of visibility, certainty and clarity of their earnings and alleviating that pain would let hosts understand how much they earned or ways to increase their income although they would have to learn how to use our built-in host income dashboard"
Tying Business Objective
Dashboard on Stay and Sleep Website that enables hosts to manage their earnings and expenses by providing clear visibility on their earnings and recommendations on increasing income when they use the Stay and Sleep platform. This will help us build good relationships with the host and discourage them to use competitor platforms and increase loyalty
