The normal way of writing is rewriting

Writing, editing, rewriting .... till exhausted

Another Way

Thinking, forming structures what the mind can understand and what readers can read, write.

How to sort your ideas into a structure that the mind understands?

Taking the lessons from 'The Pyramid Principle by Barbara Minto'. When you have vast amounts of information, organize it into pyramids, top-down creating a level of abstraction that makes the reader easy to follow. It could be used while creating a presentation or as complex as a business plan.

For writing a business plan, start with all the elements of your business, and then see if they come under a bigger level of abstraction. While writing or presenting one can present sharing the big picture and then taking the user through individual elements that make the big picture.

Rules to follow

When you create a Pyramid of your ideas

1. If A is above B then A has to be a summary of all B's

2. All B's be related to each other/ be the same kind

3. All are Mutually exclusive sets and Collectively exhaustive
