Hello there!
My name is Ruchi and I am a Design Strategist
I am a multi-faceted T-shaped designer with an insatiable need to simplify systems in the world through human-centered design. I started as a product designer, experienced industries working globally in India and USA, and realized that design in isolation could not solve business problems. My curiosity led me to learn Design Strategy, which was about thinking in systems. That polished my approach to solving problems beyond products and linking design to business success. Post that, I worked in consultancies applying the design research and strategy approach to some of the biggest brands while continuously improving the process by constantly staying updated. I share a deep connection with design. I would love to discuss more and help solve wicked problems!
