Storyboarding
After doing behavioral research, one can use this technique to organize the customer journey that consists of illustrations or images displayed in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualizing with a persona that resembles from your interviews while verifying emotional states at different points. This helps to target a specific emotion and try to create experiences that shift those emotions. I love creating storyboards based on users' voices.
Here I was mapping out 'How can we create Happier workspaces?' After a round of interviews and gathered insights, created this storyboard for the user 'Liz'
